“How many days a week can I attend OSIP?”

The answer is easy, we accept full and part time participation. Our program is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Participants may choose the days and hours they wish to attend.

“Is transportation provided?”

Individuals who attend OSIP may be eligible for transportation through StageCoach or RCT. Handicapped accessible vans may be available. We will be happy to discuss and arrange your ride.

“I know someone I think would benefit from OSIP, how do I get them enrolled?”

Making a referral to OSIP is easy, just pick up the phone and call us at (802) 866-5465. We will gather the pertinent information and then contact your referral or their caregiver directly.

“Will my Insurance pay for OSIP?”

Adult Day Services are currently covered by Vermont Medicaid. We also accept private pay on a sliding scale. We will make a referral to the appropriate agency to assist with the application process.

“I’m unsure if I want to join OSIP. Can I visit first?”

OSIP offers a trial day to individuals who are interested in learning more about us. This free half or full day includes everything that is available to participants enrolled in the program- activities, special events, lunch, medical care, and personal care assistance. It’s a wonderful way to see if OSIP is a good fit for you. If you would rather come for a tour only, that can be arranged instead.
